From someone who has not a single atom of creativity in my blood, it never fail to surprise the heck out of me to discover that everyone else in the family has a knack for art and more.
Take my dad, if circumstances were different, would probably be an sketch artist with his own gallery. (A sketch artist who'd never lose in chess. Yup, I'm still smarting after the last match I had a long time ago. ;p).
My sisters, dearest Dijong and Lilong can draw with a computer mouse! My 15 year old brother who won best History student award after flicking History textbook in front of tv 2 hours before the exam, created a weapon of small destruction with a piece of flat wood, a cloth peg and a rubber band.
For someone who cannot carry a tune to save her life, I have a cousin, aptly name Juara (champion) who can belt out perfect pitch rivalling Mariah Carey; an uncle who is the best in his Al-Quran reading class because he can count harakat to perfection.
On top of that my father's eldest brother's family is a gulingtangan troupe with their own production house! Check out this capi-capi skit they produced that cracks me up everytime I watch it:

EDIT: P/S. The guy's real name is Artison. His dad was Bintang RTB in the 60s/70s. Hence, Artist's son. Geddit? :D
P. P/S. My name is Siti Intan (Intan - Diamond) because my dad's mom is Hjh Amas (Gold). Very original ey? Oh, I just CANNOT resist this, but my girl cousin is called Juara (Champion) because her dad is Jaya (Success). ^^;;
Since my other half is Awangku Izham, my daughter's name will be... Dayangku Nur Blings Zoom. LOL.
