I've switched to bmobile because their rates are cheaper than DST, but somehow 777 is a lucky day for the company and not the customer.
Starting from the 'auspicious' day, they've changed their prepaid rates. From being as cheap as 30 cents per day (never mind that I have to wait until the day the account expire to achieve this), they've now upped it to 50 cents per day.
While DST's prepaid rates can go as low as $195 a year (if you use the $40 card), bmobile offered a rate of about $110 a year ($18 card), which gives a savings of about $85 a year, so I didn't even mind the fact that there are sometimes no signal on my bmobile phone :(
With this, they're now catching up with DST with a rate of about $182 a year. This means I pay an extra $72 a year and save about $13 for not going back to DST.
Yeah, so their rates are still cheaper than DST but that's not the point here is it? *sigh*
